It has always been space of ambiquity in the matter of adjudication of people’s problem. Should it be simply an adjucation on facts or based on a principle. In adjudication of facts without influenced by any principle, then it has no burden of carrying forward any principle or setting precedential values. However, when context of principle arises, then constitiutional law surfaces. In the context of constitutional law adjudication is to carry forward principles. Principles get well established and carried forward. Adjudication becomes projection of principles to simplify futur adjudications.
