The preamble of The Constitution of India clearly carves out the spirit of the constitution of India. It is by We the people, by the people and for the people. Having given on to ourselves such constitution, there should be no situation during working of the constitution that power of We the people is divested and handed over into the hands of few people. Election is a process through which for purpose of convenience of governance of the country we elect few people, as representatives of We the people. But, under no circumstances, We the people have divested power of We the people. Therefore, except act of governance, the elected representatives have no power to deal with mandate of the people. What, We the people, intend should be decided by We the people and not by the elected few. Any clarification about choice of, We the people, should be done only by We the people. There is no delegation of any such power by We the people to the elected representatives. It is time to put at rest running of constitution by inferences. The power given to elected representatives should be through prescribed deeds and not sweeping power without limits. The working of constitution should not suffer from opacities, but, should be transparent. We the people should not suffer a situation where, We the people, after election look at sky, in anticipation. Exercise of mandate by We the people is not similar to throwing dice in casino. The elected representatives cannot join together and put the mandate of people in a whirlpool of their own and assume power to govern with resultant new combination. It is time, an Idea whose time has come, to put a stop to such fraud on THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
